From early on I had an interest in the player constructed economy. Only after spending some time in vo did I realize that not many people were participating. Crafting was something people did to make weapons and ships for themselves. I can't tell you why I have no interest in using the things I build... I just like the process of being one of the pioneers/advocates for a true player generated economy.
From IHDPCs to CWMs, from to TU Mines to Concussion Railguns, I build them and immediately sell them. My goal is to turn TRI into the player trading hub that everyone thinks of first. Need a CWM? TRI has it. The true joy is seeing someone ask on 100 if anyone has an item for sale, and a random person I've never talked or sold to responds "you should ask TRI".
